Personal Coaching Philosophy: I believe every practice is an opportunity for kids to grow through fun, engaging and challenging practices. Swimming will teach you so much about hard work, success and failure and overcoming challenges for life in and out of the pool. This summer we will see that teamwork, sportsmanship and encouraging one another is what will create a successful season. Overall, I cannot wait for kids to develop a love of swimming!
