Practice Schedule:

Monday 7/10: Normal practice schedule - this practice will be used to support swimmers with preparing for prelims and their specific events.

Tuesday 7/11 & Wednesday 7/12 AM: 8:00 - 9:00 AM for those not in prelims that day

Wednesday 7/12 PM: Normal practice schedule

Thursday 7/13 & Friday 7/14: Normal practice schedule

Friday will be the last day of practice for the 2023 Wahoos Season for swimmers that did not qualify for All Stars : )

Prelims:

Tuesday 7/11: 8 & Under & 13 & Overs

• Location: Stroh Ranch - Anthology Pool
• Warm Up Time: 6:50 - 7:20
• Please arrive no later than 6:30

Wednesday 7/12: 9 - 10 & 11 - 12

• Location: Tallyn's Reach
• Warm Up Time: 7:05 - 7:25
• Please arrive no later than 6:45
