Warmups…yes, we know, it’s EARLY!

6:50 am (11+ swimmers) / 7:05 am (10&U)

*If your swimmer is in a Medley Relay, please make sure they are ready to go directly to heating after warmups*

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled Warmup. See map for team setup area. Do not set personal items inside the pool area / bleachers. Spectators may go inside to watch their swimmers. Swimmers, please check in with coaches upon arrival! Volunteers will receive an email with more information from Laura. Be sure to check in with her when you arrive.

*NO TENT STAKES IN THE GRASS AREAS*

How do I know what events my swimmer is in?! In the SwimTopia App, click on the meet and you’ll be able to see what events your swimmer is in…including relays they are assigned to! Now you know where to look on the heat sheet to find their Event / Heat / Lane information. Heat sheets will be posted on the event page as soon as we receive them.
