Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO 80122) Start: 8:00 AM Warm-up: 7:15 AM End: 2:00 PM Parking: Please park in the WEST end of the parking lot (toward the tennis courts and pool. Entrance (waiver required): All families must enter through the front gate of the outdoor pool. Every adult needs to sign a waiver (HERE). The waiver can be printed and brought to the entrance on the day of the meet.We will have them at the pancake breakfast for pickup if you are there. Seating: Make use of the pre-existing umbrellas for shade, as well as share tents/easy ups that are brought in. If a larger tent is used, please place them in the grassy area to the West end of the pool behind the slides. All walkways must be kept clear. All seating is first come/first serve. For safety numbers, please be mindful of how many guests you invite. Please DO NOT use sharpie on the swimmers backs for names or any other reason The chair cushions are newer and this prevents them from being marked. Check In: There will be tables for volunteer check-in right outside the door of the outdoor pool. Concessions: The indoor and outdoor Cafe will be open during the meet and will have breakfast options in the morning. Miscellaneous Information: The outdoor rec area of the pool and the hot tub will be CLOSED. Please keep swimmers and children out of these areas. The indoor rec pool and indoor hot tub will be CLOSED to All Stars swimmers. There will be no warm up/cool down lanes during the meet. The All Star Meet will feature TimeDrops Live! Wed Jul 9	Job Signup closed Meet Entry closed 9-10 & 11-12 - Prelims Tallyn's Reach - 24900 E Park Crescent Dr, Aurora, CO 80016 Start: 8:00 AM Warm-up: 6:50 AM End: 1:00 PM (estimated) This is a CARDLESS meet. Parents, PLEASE mark swimmers with their last name on the right FRONT shoulder and events on their arms (it is helpful to heating/timer volunteers to have this information visible). Parking: You can park in the upper parking lot by the clubhouse, the lower parking lot by the pool, or on the streets surrounding the clubhouse and pool, being careful of homes and driveways. If you park on East Glasgow Drive please be sure to only park on the northside of the street. There is also parking at Black Forest Hills Elementary on East Glasgow Drive. Tent Set up: Teams will set up on the grassy areas outside the pool (See the attached event map). There is a gate at the back of the pool to access the grassy area. The large gazebo behind the west side of the pool might be rented, please keep some distance from that area in case it is in use. The baby pool and splash park will be closed for the duration of the meet. Concessions: There will be a great selection of food. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Once your swimmer has swam please clear the viewing deck. - See the attached area map for tent setup for each team (cook creek highlighted in yellow) Families/spectators cannot sit or lean on the stacked lounge chairs or the chairs under our gazebos. These areas are taped off, and we ask that everyone respect these boundaries. There will be absolutely no access to the tennis courts for set up or as a walkway to the pool gates. Warmups: 6:20am to 6:50am – Clarke Farms (Lanes 1-4) and Cook Creek (Lanes 5-8) 6:50am to 7:20am – Smoky Hill (Lanes 1-4) and Stroh Ranch Anthology (Lanes 5-8) 7:20am to 7:50am – Southshore (Lanes 1-4) and Tallyn’s Reach (Lanes 5-8) Concessions: There will be a variety of snacks and drinks; Breakfast Burritos, and Hot Dogs/Hamburgers for a lunch option. Make sure to be considerate of the residents that live close to the pool regarding improperly parked cars. All attendees MUST adhere to the parking rules or the residents will call for towing/ticketing. Park in the pool and school parking lots FIRST. Then park along E. Southshore Drive. NO PARKING: In front of any houses, driveways, side streets or access ways Close to intersections Do NOT block bike lanes Park at least a car length from any turn lane or stop sign. It’s illegal to park in front of any mailboxes and fire hydrants. BE COURTEOUS: Do not leave trash on the street. When leaving the meet, please be sure to throw away all your trash in designated trash cans and avoid leaving trash in the parking area and the surrounding areas. General Information: SEATING: Home and Visiting team tents can be set up inside and outside the Pool fence (see attached map). Set up will be on a first come, first serve basis. Restrooms/locker rooms located on the pool deck are the only area of the building that is available. NO TENT STAKES ALLOWED, ONLY TENT WEIGHTS (There are sprinklers close to the surface of the ground and no stakes will be allowed ANYWHERE) DO NOT ENTER OR EXIT through the Lighthouse Clubhouse building (CLUBHOUSE IS OFF-LIMITS) DO NOT USE ANY OF THE POOL DECK FURNITURE DO NOT USE THE CLIMBING ROCK, THE KIDDIE POOL, OR THE PLAY STRUCTURE INSIDE THE POOL FENCE THESE AREAS ARE OFF LIMITS AT ALL TIMES NO DOGS ALLOWED IN ALL AREAS.
