Don't forget your new swim suits & team caps! Arrival: See map for team setup area. Do not set personal items inside the pool area / bleachers. Spectators may go inside to watch their swimmers. Swimmers, please check in with coaches upon arrival! Volunteers will receive an email with more information from Laura. Be sure to check in with her when you arrive. *NO TENT STAKES IN THE GRASS AREAS* Warmups - 6:50 am (11+ swimmers) / 7:05 am (10&U) yes, we know it's early! Meet Theme - Pajama Day! Parking Info - See attached map. Concessions - Venmo & Cash accepted. There will also be an apparel vendor. Bring your own apparel to have the Cook Creek logo added or purchase items there! How do I know what events my swimmer is in?! In the SwimTopia App, click on the meet and you’ll be able to see what events your swimmer is in…including relays they are assigned to! Now you know where to look on the heat sheet to find their Event / Heat / Lane information. If you need to reach us regarding scratching (removing your swimmer from one or more events), etc. Please email [email protected]. Parents will be participating in rotations to learn about how to prepare for the meet, what to do at the meet, etc while swimmers are learning the process of a swim meet. |

ENTRIES (including shirt sizes) ARE DUE SUNDAY BY NOON. A waiver must be completed. You may fill this form out ahead of time or complete a digital version upon arrival. Plan to arrive early as this waiver requirement will slow down entry. |

This year we will have our awards ceremony at Cook Creek Pool following a pool party. NO FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED. Bring your own dinner if you'd like. Cook Creek Pool has a free day for residents on 7/14. If you plan on entering the pool before 6pm, please pick up a blue wristband from the front desk for all participants. This will allow you to stay for our party. |

Please look at the photo for our team's assigned seating area. Seating will be TIGHT! Share tents with friends, set up tents close together, etc. Let's show the other teams that we are one big swim family! There will be NO PERMANENT SEATING INSIDE THE POOL AREA. Please do not bring chairs or other personal items inside the pool area. Concessions will accept CASH and VENMO. Parking will be permitted in the school parking lot and anywhere up and down Clarke Farms Drive. Ideally, it is best to fill the school parking lot first and then park along Clarke Farms Drive. Please do not block driveways in the residential areas - be considerate to the neighbors. |

Tallyns Reach is a Meter Pool (all times will be converted to meters which means they will look slower since most of our meets are in 25 yard pools). Warmups at 6:55-7:20 Volunteer Meetings: 7:30am Officials - meet by the starter 7:30am Timers - meet by the starter 7:45am Heating volunteers Meeting Concessions is Credit Card or VENMO only...NO CASH. We will have a designated seating area outside (same place as last year). See image. PARKING INFO: You can park in the upper parking lot by the clubhouse, the lower parking lot by the pool, or on the streets surrounding the clubhouse and pool, being careful of homes and driveways. If you park on East Glasgow Drive please be sure to only park on the northside of the street. There is also parking at Black Forest Hills Elementary on East Glasgow Drive. |
